1900 Overland "Texas Bullshit Scraper"

Built from scratch by legendary customizer George Barris in 1971 but dubbed a “1900 Overland,” this fanciful covered wagon manure spreader was a gag gift from comedian Bob Hope to western film actor John Wayne on the occasion of his birthday. The motorized custom wagon sat in a barn on John Wayne’s estate until his death. A subsequent owner restored it and added disc brakes and seat belts. It is powered by a small block Chevrolet V-8 engine.
